Richie Spice Limited, a takeaway at Kitchen 12, 26a Abbey Manufacturing Estate, Mount Pleasant, Wembley was given the score after assessment on September 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 394 takeaways with ratings, 251 (64%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
