Alperton Sandwich Bar, a takeaway at 7b Glenmore Parade, Ealing Road, Wembley was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 394 takeaways with ratings, 251 (64%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
