Favourite Chicken and Ribs, a takeaway at 73 Kilburn High Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 389 takeaways with ratings, 250 (64%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
