Bombay Spice Restaurant and Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 532-534 Kingsbury Road, London was given the score after assessment on March 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 504 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 331 (66%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
