Zizzi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 102-103 London Designer Outlet, Wembley Park Boulevard, Wembley was given the score after assessment on August 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 503 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 323 (64%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
