Sushi Masa, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 33b Walm Lane, London was given the score after assessment on May 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 501 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 323 (64%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
