Chicken Valley, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 547 Kingsbury Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 502 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 323 (64%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
