Hard Work Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 47 Burnt Oak Broadway, Edgware was given the score after assessment on August 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 507 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 327 (64%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
