Chicken Valley, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 547 Kingsbury Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 501 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 325 (65%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
