The Juniper Brasserie & Bar, a pub, bar or nightclub at 125 Kilburn High Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brent's 89 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 62 have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
