New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bexley’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Jalsha 2, at 300 Erith Road, Bexleyheath, Kent was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 9.

And Twinz Cafe, at 46 Wrotham Road, Welling, Kent was given a score of three on July 20.

It means that of Bexley's 318 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 192 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
