New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bexley’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Village Kebab, at 17 Nuxley Road, Belvedere, Kent was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 2.

And Big Daddy's Kitchen, at Unit 4, Elbourne Trading Estate, Crabtree Manorway South, Belvedere was given a score of three on June 2.

It means that of Bexley's 209 takeaways with ratings, 95 (45%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
