Guans Chinese, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 255 Westwood Lane, Sidcup, Kent was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 12.

And KFC, a takeaway at 3 Market Parade, Sidcup High Street, Sidcup, Kent was given a score of four on January 12.
