Chicken & Pizza Station, a takeaway at 32 Station Road, Belvedere, Kent was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bexley's 209 takeaways with ratings, 84 (40%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
