Real Fish & Chips, a takeaway at 128 Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, Kent was given the score after assessment on September 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bexley's 208 takeaways with ratings, 84 (40%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
