Pizza Hut, a takeaway at 51b Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, Kent was given the score after assessment on August 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bexley's 206 takeaways with ratings, 82 (40%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
