A Bexley takeaway has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Maddison's Bakery, a takeaway at 157 Blendon Road, Bexley, Kent was given the maximum score after assessment on May 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bexley's 210 takeaways with ratings, 96 (46%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
