Bengal Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 138 Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent was given the score after assessment on May 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bexley's 319 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 197 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
