Road closures: three for Barnet drivers over the next fortnight
Drivers in and around Barnet will have three National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.

Hide AdThe latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A1, from 11pm August 18 to 5am August 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A1 southbound, junction 1 to junction Borehamwood, Lane closures for signage works.
And a further two closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• M1, from 10pm August 21 to 5am August 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 northbound, junction 2 to junction London Gateway, Lane closure for electrical works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
