New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Barnet’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Damoa, at 32 Golders Green Road London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 29.

And Bean Cafe & Bistro, at 251 East Barnet Road Barnet was given a score of two on March 29.

It means that of Barnet's 559 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 256 (46%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
