The Fat Pizza / The Fat Burger & Desserts, a takeaway at 83 Watling Avenue Edgware was given the score after assessment on August 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 228 takeaways with ratings, 97 (43%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
