Dolphin Fish & Kebabs, a takeaway at 229 Deansbrook Road Edgware was given the score after assessment on August 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 228 takeaways with ratings, 97 (43%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
