Tennessee Express, a takeaway at 73 Colney Hatch Lane London was given the score after assessment on July 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 227 takeaways with ratings, 98 (43%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
