The Diner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 96 Golders Green Road London was given the score after assessment on October 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 545 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 243 (45%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
