Shades, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 746 Finchley Road London was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 544 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 244 (45%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
