Champs Chicken Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 22 Church Hill Road Barnet was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 541 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 243 (45%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
