Lekki Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 86 Watling Avenue Edgware was given the score after assessment on July 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 534 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 243 (46%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
