Panda Village, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 435 Oakleigh Road North London was given the score after assessment on July 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 533 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 245 (46%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
