Izgara Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1274 High Road London was given the score after assessment on April 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 522 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 242 (46%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
