Koi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 27 The Broadway London was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 541 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 243 (45%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
