The Qanteen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 24 Heritage Avenue London was given the score after assessment on August 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 541 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 239 (44%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
