Food hygiene ratings handed to two Barking and Dagenham takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Barking and Dagenham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Angels Bakery, at 269 Heathway, Dagenham was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 8.

And Bodrum Fish & Chips, at 213 Reede Road, Dagenham was given a score of one on August 8.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 214 takeaways with ratings, 92 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
