Food hygiene ratings given to two Barking and Dagenham restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Barking and Dagenham’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Barking and Dagenham’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

One Love Caribbean Restaurant, at 196 High Road, Chadwell Heath was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 3.

And Poppins Restaurant., at 57 East Street, Barking was also given a score of four on February 3.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 165 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 85 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
