A Barking and Dagenham takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Supercook, a takeaway at 269 Wood Lane, Dagenham was given the score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 216 takeaways with ratings, 100 (46%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
