New Central, a takeaway at 131 Rose Lane, Chadwell Heath was given the score after assessment on August 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 214 takeaways with ratings, 92 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
