LDF Chicken, a takeaway at 762 Green Lane, Dagenham was given the maximum score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 217 takeaways with ratings, 102 (47%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
