A Barking and Dagenham takeaway has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Kennedy Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 66 Station Parade, Barking was given the minimum score after assessment on June 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 203 takeaways with ratings, 80 (39%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
