A Barking and Dagenham takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Chicken World, a takeaway at 165 Broad Street, Dagenham was given the score after assessment on November 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 217 takeaways with ratings, 98 (45%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
