New Blossom Garden, a takeaway at 384 Ripple Road, Barking was given the score after assessment on October 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 217 takeaways with ratings, 98 (45%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
