Brothers Fish Bar, a takeaway at 9-11 Station Road, Chadwell Heath was given the score after assessment on September 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 215 takeaways with ratings, 93 (43%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
