Spice Hut, a takeaway at 46 Ripple Road, Barking was given the maximum score after assessment on September 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 214 takeaways with ratings, 93 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
