Sharifscookhouse, a takeaway at IG11 was given the maximum score after assessment on August 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 208 takeaways with ratings, 85 (41%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
