A Barking and Dagenham restaurant has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Caribiscus Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 87 Longbridge Road, Barking was given the minimum score after assessment on June 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 169 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 86 (51%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
