5G Burger, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 2 Chequers Parade, Ripple Road, Dagenham was given the score after assessment on March 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 174 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 94 (54%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
