A Barking and Dagenham restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Big Friendly Coffee (BFC), a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Barking Park, Longbridge Road, Barking was given the score after assessment on February 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 173 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 94 (54%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
