Sinani Caffe Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 612 Longbridge Road, Dagenham was given the score after assessment on August 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 174 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 92 (53%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
