A Barking and Dagenham restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Saint Chads Church, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at St Chads Road, Chadwell Heath was given the score after assessment on October 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 174 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 88 (51%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
