Istanbul Kebab & Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 286 Lodge Avenue, Dagenham was given the maximum score after assessment on August 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 174 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 91 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
