Wagamama has opened a new Noodle Lab for customers to taste its latest food creations. The test space opened its doors last week (July 19) and invites foodies to sample a mix of newly imagined dishes.

Having moved on from its Old Street location, the Wagamama Noodle Lab now calls Great Marlborough street home. The new location marks the third spot to host a test space for the chain in Soho.

Wagamama previously opened a Noodle Lab in Dean Street before Old Street too. Like the last iterations of the test space, the new spot allows Wagamama chefs to test their endless recipes and ideas.

Customers will be able to explore the new flavours alongside some of the chain’s more familiar dishes, including Wagamama’s own version of a K-dog. The restaurant also plans to introduce a variety of food creations over the coming months.

We break down some of the new food available at Wagamama’s test space at the moment.
