Hollywood star Danny Trejo's new taco restaurant is finally set to open in the capital this month.

The actor, known for roles in films such as From Dusk Till Dawn and Spy Kids, will bring his Trejo’s Tacos restaurant to Notting Hill's famous Portobello Road next week.

Having already set up in several locations in the US around Los Angeles, the London spot will be the actor's first step in a Europe-wide rollout.

Initially slated to open in late 2023, it was then revealed the spot would instead launch in the new year. However, more information on its expected opening has now been announced.

The Hollywood star is set to open his famous taco restaurant in Notting Hill this month. TimeOut previously reported the spot is expected to finally open its doors in mid-February but an exact date was not confirmed. However The Standard has now revealed Trejo's Tacos will open in Notting Hill on February 15.
